POTTERY SHIPPING POLICY
For U.S. domestic shipping, we typically send packages out within 3-5 business days. At this time, we only ship pottery pieces within the U.S.

JEWELRY SHIPPING POLICY
For U.S. domestic shipping, we typically send packages out in 3-5 business days with the exception of custom or made-to-size orders. In those cases, the buyer will be notified of an estimated timeline at the start of the project.

On international shipping orders for jewelry, please note that we always declare the full price of the piece in customs forms and that you may have to pay customs fees to claim your package. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
